c

Sign all forms as required in the Breaking the Silence Forms Pack.

c

c

Submit your forms to the appropriate person in your church and wait for their decision; they may need to conduct reference checks and submit screening forms for processing before you can begin.

c

c

Section 1 and the other parts of Simply Safe that apply to your area of ministry.

c

Make sure you are familiar with the Breaking the Silence Policy and Code of Conduct.
